The team
Philippe Morel
Philippe founded OPM Conseil in 2013 after being COO in charge of Supply Chain, Projects and services for major Retail companies: Conforama, Fnac, Printemps.
​
Philippe graduates from the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers and starts his carreer in the automotive industry at Renault Group. At OPM Conseil, Philippe bears the overall responsibility on the jobs and he carries particularly the Supply Chain expertise.
Frederic Caumont
Frederic worked for 7 years within the Retail practice of a major consulting firm after starting his career as a financial analyst in the United States. Frédéric has then managed the operations of the commercial centers of the Casino Group (Mercialys). In addition to his consulting activities, Frederic teaches Finance at the University.
Within OPM Conseil, Frederic takes care of business cases and bears particularly the real estate and digital expertise. Frederic graduates from ESCP Europe and is a certified accountant.
Christine Le Guennec
Christine started at the Carrefour Group as Quality Manager and then in Store Management.
She joined McKinsey in England where she developed her Lean Manufacturing skills during 4 years. Back in France for 18 years, she designs and leads projects in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Operational Strategy and Organization within different consulting firms.
She graduate from INSA in Lyon as engineer and she is a certified furniture carpenter.
Eric de Tourris
Eric started his career as a project manager in the automotive and chemical industries. Since 2004, he has been leading several transformation projects for industrial and services companies in different functions, including sales strategy, Supply Chain, production. Eric also teaches change management in business schools.
Within OPM Conseil, Eric is in charge of project management. He graduates from the University of Technology of Compiègne, the IAE of Aix en Provence and the Institute of Economic and Political Sciences of Lyon.
Laura Collon
Laura started her career at Sony Europe, focusing on the development of new services. She later joined Allianz Partners to oversee the group's operations in the appliance protection services line before moving to Rubix, the leading European distributor of industrial supplies, where she led the group's digital transformation.

After completing an Executive MBA at emlyon, Laura redirected her career towards consultancy in CSR and decarbonization.
​
At OPM, Laura works on CSR, Carbon Footprint Assessment, and corporate purpose matters. She is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School.
Charles de Claviere
Charles first started at Fnac as a project leader and he became the head of internal projects at Conforama. Then he moved to Allianz, one of the leaders in the insurance industry, to launch new insurance solutions related to the Retail market.

Charles is an expert in project management and data modeling. He graduates from ESNMN Ecole des Mînes de Nancy.
Bertrand Chalandon
Bertrand spent four years in two consulting firms specialized in Supply Chain. Then he held different positions in Supply Chain and services.

Bertrand is an expert in logistics issues in Retail, Insurance, and Services. He graduates from ESC Grenoble and holds an MBA from the Ottawa University.
Enos Mauri
Enos started his career in IT programming and project management, then he became IT manager for a large logistics group.
​
Then he moved into the consulting business, specialized in the optimization of the logicitcs centers, all over the world.
​
Within, OPM, Enos is in charge of the operational integration of IT systems (mostly WMS) and the corresponding organisation of the teams.
Vincent Izzi
Vincent started at Conforama as a project manager within the Operations and Services department. Then, Vincent moved into the consulting business specialized in IT and Project Management and finally joined OPM Conseil in 2018.
​
Vincent is an experienced consultant in project management on logistics / insurance / IT issues. He is a graduate of the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School.
Laura Calaresu
Laura graduates from engineering school and obtained the Greenbelt Lean 6 sigma certification during her training. After an internship in logistics method, she joined OPM Conseil in 2018.
Laura focuses mainly on data analysis, observations on the field and drafting specifications (including WMS), operating procedures and quality documents.
Daniel Di Fusco
Daniel graduated from both the Sorbonne University in Paris and the George Washington University in the United States.

Having developped an affinity for economic, financial and sales topics, he has acquired a strong experience in France and abroad.
​
His ability to analyze, craft solutions and work in a team environnement make him a key member of the group.
